The event will be open to paid members and their families only. An area of the newly re-furbished 'Ember Inn' pub will be reserved for us, and a private 'Festive Buffet Menu' will be served for our group. The club will provide a small subsidy on the price so the cost for members and their families will be: 

£12.50 per person.

There is parking on site, and the ‘Orchid Hotel’ at the rear of the property is available should you need overnight accommodation. 

As we need to commit to numbers for our party, we ask members to make their booking as soon as possible.
