The barbeque menu is offered to us at a discounted rate of £20.00 per person (plus 10% service charge).

You can select any or all of the food items from the menu below and you do not need to pre-order. 

By booking a place at this event you are undertaking to select a meal from the menu

offered by The Deers Hut. (You cannot bring your own food). 

We will meet at the BP Services (Southbound) on the A3 just south of the M25 J10/A3 at 10.30 to leave there at 10.45. We’ll cruise down the A3, exiting at the Griggs Green turn off to Longmoor Road and The Deers Hut to arrive at around 11:30. We will park up on the grass area in the garden. The large marquee will be set aside for us.   This event is very popular with our members and we have just 70 places, so please book as soon as possible to secure your place.
